If you’re running low on ideas, we have some pretty good one for you. Check them out below:

1. Headless Marie Antoinette Costume

If you’re a history passionate, or maybe if you have a taste for the dark side, this costume surely is for you. We are gonna show you how to gt this amazing Headless Marie Antoinette Costume

First of all, you will need to create a fake torso. Stock up on clay, and start to spend hours molding it into a superb, skinny upper body.

Next step, you have to pour a plaster mold over the clay bust. After it dries up, remove the mold, coat it with a sealer and release agent, and fill it up with liquid urethane foam. Once the foam is cured, remove the plaster and feast your eyes on a copy of the original bust. To add a dead skin effect, use acrylic paints, because aerosols won’t set.

Step 3: Raise the new bust…

Get something that will help you rise the mold above your head. May we suggest wooden dowels, cause they’re lighter, and easy on your back. Measure the dowels so that they’ll start at the lower back and extend to just above the head. If they are too tall, the arms will look too long and you’ll have a bad looking Maria… Drill a couple of holes in the foam, insert the pipes, then pour in leftover foam for sturdiness.

Use backpack straps to hold the rig in place. Cut everything off the backpack except for the straps and the back panel. Then attach pockets down the length of the backpack for the pipes to fit into.

Last step… dress up for the part. The left hand has to be fake, and even tho you may think this outfit is a bit uncomfy, it’s actually quite easy to wear. Variations on this costume could include The Corpse Bride in a wedding outfit or Lumberjack Who Cut Off His Head with a Chainsaw.
