7. El Hotel del Salto, Colombia
The luxurious Hotel del Salto was opened for business in 1928 to welcome wealthy travelers visiting the Tequendama Falls area. It was built on the edge of a cliff, it provided a breathtaking view to its guests till the early 90’s when it was closed and was left abandoned. The spookiest part about it, is the fact that it is haunted by the souls of those who committed suicide by jumping off the cliff.
8. Nara Dreamland, Japan
This cool abandoned place was built in 1961 but it was closed on August 31, 2006.
9. Kolmanskop, Namib Desert
Kolmanskop is a cool abandoned ghost town in the Namib Desert. It was named after a transport driver named Johnny Coleman who abandoned his wagon close to the town, during a sand storm.
10. Bodiam Castle, East Sussex, England
Bodiam Castle was built in 1385 by Sir Edward Dalyngrigge, a former knight of Edward III.
